Making Use Of Our Finds.

A Stone Plinth was uncovered during clearance work on the hedge row.  This concrete block will be utilised by creating a bespoke park bench which will fit over the block.  This is possible thanks to a donation from the Monmouthshire Masonic Charities via the Striguil Lodge of Chepstow Freemasons.

In order to promote insect and other wild life, the group made good use of all the hedge trimmings and off cuts by building an insect hotel complete with tropical palm trees.

At the South West corner of the Cornfield the natural flooding will be utilised to create a natural wildlife pond.
